4. HOLIDAY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
This web site provides you with information, functionality and other materials which you may use to find information on, and to reserve travel services with, suppliers on our web site. We make no representation as to the completeness or accuracy of any information featured on this site. You are advised that any contract you enter into by means of the web site shall be between you and the supplier providing the services. Neither Viajes Fuentes s.l Limited, nor any other company in the Viajes Fuentes s.l Group, shall be party to that contract and shall have no involvement in any supplier's performance. In the event of any non-performance or mal-performance by the supplier, you must pursue any direct remedy against that supplier. All travel services and products featured on the web site are subject to availability.
When you purchase a product or service from suppliers on our web site additional terms and conditions may apply to your contract. In particular, you will be required to submit satisfactory evidence that you are over 18 years of age. You may also be advised as to any conditions which may apply in respect of matters such as travel insurance and baggage allowances.

7. HEALTH AND VISA REQUIREMENTS
